BULL and BEAR excite their commissural relays (cIN), which inhibit the opposite pool — the same left/right antagonism that alternates a tadpole’s swim strokes. Self-excitation gives the winner persistence; brief blips can’t flip the state.
danger pathway
Rug indicators, liquidity collapse, contract permissions and concentration excite DANGER, which projects strong inhibition onto BULL — modeled on the tadpole’s GABAergic stopping pathway. High danger also hard-vetoes entries in the strategy layer.
